The 292 Crew are a group of young Finns, who have a love of street and park, they also love their vintage video clips. U.F.C is both full of weird black and white movie footage and sublime riding. Could these riders be the future?
Not only is Henna Ikola showing promise snowboarding, she is also handy on a skateboard, winning the Finnish champs in 2012 and second in 2013/14. We’ve heard many of Finland’s finest riders mention her name as one to watch out for in the future and here she is.
Rene Rinnekangas is one of many young Finns being shown the ropes by the Finnish team. At just 15, Rene is already showing tons of potential, check out this peach of a front 10 from Saas Fee, captured by Finland’s Coach Koskinen.
One More Try is the full release from Nihmohojki Productions. Featuring a mixture of Swedish and Finnish riding talents, watch this and wonder why you haven’t heard of more of these riders before, as the riding is on point. Hope to see more of these guys in the future.
Tikut are back with their 3rd full length release “Winter Danger”. These Finns are literally killing it over there, hitting up unique spots and captured with a retro vibe. This is well worth a watch. Featuring the unpronounceable talents of :Roope Höynä, Aleksi Kemiläinen, Toni Kerkelä, Ville Väisänen, Miika Lappalainen, Roope Koitola, Sebastian Parhiala and friends.
Eero Niemela can literally ride anything but seems to have found himself out in the backcountry these past few seasons. This edit is sick and after watching it we wish it was winter right now.
Roope Tonteri has been getting his season off to a good start on Hintertux. Here the Finnish entertainer gets some time to ride the ultra fun Betterpark jib line, on his new board of choice, The Burton Nug. We hope to see more edits of Roope in the future. Captured by coach Koskinen
Peetu making the most of this miniature cannon rail in Hintertux. Captured in excessive Iphone Slow-Mo.
We enter Saku’s mind to talk about hitting the megaramp on a skateboard, having really bad breath, selling his soul to Satan and much more randomness.
